VCX continues to make incremental improvements in their release of older, classic porn titles on remastered DVD with Loose Times At Ridley High, a school farce which is more or less an X-rated take off of Fast Times At Ridgemont High. Loose Times At Ridley High does look better on DVD than some of the other studio releases I've reviewed.

The picture is very watchable and the sound is very good. As for Loose Times At Ridley High itself, I have to admit to being a little turned off by the box cover, which spotlights Bunny Bleu and Rene Summers naked and smiling for the cameras. Don't let their picture turn you off, because this film stars some very attractive women. However, blonde blue-eyed Bunny Bleu definitely looks better in the movie than she does on the packaging, but only appears in a single sex scene at the end.

Similarly, Renee Summers is also limited to two sex sessions; the first being a solo masturbation while on the toilet next to Tom Byron and Kimberly Carson as they get it on, and the other is a threesome with Byron and a very cute brunette. In her first scene, Renee Summers arousingly, plays the skin clarinet for Mr. Edwards with a large dose of oral teasing and seductive eye contact. She looks even better getting screwed while in her schoolgirl shirt and skirt, as two other blondes watch and get all naked and frisky with each other.

If there is any reason to give Loose Times At Ridley High a look, it's definitely for her! The legendary Kimberly Carson is actually the most proficient sex performer in the film, and her oral work on Tom Byron is nice and slow, but not as deep throating as say, an Inari Vachs or Jeanna Fine. Old time fans of hers will enjoy her two sex scenes here, but they are definitely not the highlight of the film. Like any teenage sex comedy, there really is no plot to speak of, other than the standard mischief and high jinx carried out by the student body. However, the high school theme is executed very well, with affairs taking place in large campus offices and dorm rooms, and with every actress dressed up (or down) in their requisite uniforms.

There are also some impressively produced fantasy segments, employing realistic special effects like that found in the opening segment where a graduating co-ed has sex with Paul Thomas against a stark, white background. Loose Times At Ridley High is an enjoyable romp, and rightly attains Golden Age classic status.
